Harmony Oaks Apartments
The Harmony Oaks Apartments in Central City is the redevelopment of the former C. J. Peete public housing complex. The new Harmony Oaks Apartments will offer 460 affordable rental units to residents of mixed incomes. Harmony Oaks will be surrounded by single-family homes for ownership (Harmony Homes). NONDC is the local non-profit partner with KAI Architects and McCormack, Baron, Salazar in the development of Harmony Oaks. NONDC has been actively engaged in the planning process for the redevelopment of the site.
The Harmony Oaks Apartments are comprised of 1/3 public housing units, 1/3 tax credit units, and 1/3 market rate units.
